School Nutrition Program

About the Program

Arrow Academy participates in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program. The School Nutrition Program supports scholar health, learning, and academic success by providing balanced meals in a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment.

Arrow Academy works with campus staff and its meal-service partner to plan menus, maintain food-safety practices, support meal accommodations, and accurately account for meals served.

Community Eligibility Provision

Harvest Preparatory Academy, Liberation Academy, and SOS Academy participate in the Community Eligibility Provision, commonly called CEP. CEP is a non-pricing meal-service option that allows participating schools to serve breakfast and lunch at no charge to all enrolled scholars without collecting household meal applications.

What this means for families: All enrolled scholars at the participating Arrow Academy campuses may receive breakfast and lunch at no charge.

Meal Accommodations

Arrow Academy provides reasonable meal modifications for scholars with disabilities, food allergies, or other documented medical needs.

Parents and guardians should contact their scholar’s campus for assistance with meal accommodations and information about any required documentation. Campus phone numbers are listed below.

Civil Rights and Nondiscrimination

Arrow Academy administers its School Nutrition Program in accordance with federal civil-rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture civil-rights regulations and policies. Program information must be available to eligible persons without discrimination, and reasonable communication assistance is available when needed.
