Trudy Stansbury decided she wanted to be in education at a very young age. So, when it came time for college, she followed her heart and obtained her degree in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1998. She currently holds the following certificates: Elementary Early Childhood Education, Elementary Self-Contained, Special Education, Mathmatics, and English as a Second Language-Supplemental.
She continued her work with youth through camps and ministries after graduating and before moving into teaching officially. Starting in 2002, she began her career in education working with students on team building skills and teaching in a special education setting on a discipline campus. After 8 years of teaching, and a move to College Station, Texas, Trudy began working with Arrow Academy as the PEIMS Coordinator.
