HOUSTON AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM AND APPLICATION

An after school program exists for each of Arrow Academy's Houston campuses. The program includes play time, arts and crafts, and academic tutoring along with each child receiving an afternoon snack. Please see below for more information.
 
  • The program will run from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. Late fees will apply if student is picked up after 6pm.
  • On early release days, the program will run from when school ends until 6:00pm. These additional hours are included in after-school tuition payment. 
  • For students not enrolled in the after-school program, there is an option to pay $35 on early release days for students to remain on campus until pickup.
  • Care will not be provided on school holidays
  • Tuition is $70 per week for a monthly total of $280.
  • Parents will be invoiced via email (information@arrowacademy.org) to pay electronically and payment shall be received by 5pm of due date or a late fee of $5 per day will be charged to the next month's invoice. 
  • The sibling discount will be as follows:
    • 2nd child: $50 per week
    • 3rd child: $40 per week
    • $40 per week for each additional child beyond the third child
  • The program will be operated by site directors from the student's campus.

Federal Financial Assistance Applications

For those who have already submitted the NCI application in the HOUSTON area, what happens now? 

 

There is an anticipated wait time for applications to be reviewed.

 

Parents can call 1-888-600-5936 to request the status of their application. 

 

For those with complete documentation, they will be notified by Workforce Solutions of approval.

 

For those with incomplete documentation or if Workforce Solutions determines additional documentation is needed, the parent will be directly notified by Workforce Solutions via phone and email.

 

IT IS KEY THAT THE PARENT RESPOND IMMEDIATELY OR RISK BEING DENIED FINANCIAL AID ASSISTANCE OR FREE TUITION FOR AFTER SCHOOL CARE.
